锁定钢板内固定与植骨技术联合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效观察

目的：观察锁定钢板内固定与植骨技术联合治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取该院2012年1月至2016年1月收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象，在征得患者知情同意下对其实施锁定钢板内固定与植骨技术联合治疗，比较治疗前后临床疗效。结果：所有60例胫骨平台骨折患者治疗前后 HSS 评分、AKSS 评分、Lysholm 评分相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：锁定钢板内固定与植骨技术联合治疗胫骨平台骨折效果确切，值得推广使用。

Clinical effect of locking plate fixation and bone grafting in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of locking plate fixation and bone grafting in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:selected in our hospital January 2012 ~2016 January 60 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients as the research object,in the consent of the patients informed consent on the implementation of locking plate fixation and combined therapy of bone grafting,a comparison was made on the clinical efficacy before and after.Results:the patients before and after treatment,HSS score,AKSS score and Lysholm score in all the 60 cases of tibial plateau fracture were compared,the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:locking and bone grafting combined with the treatment of tibial plateau fracture internal fixation is effective,worthy of promotion of use.
