脑出血昏迷患者急诊护理干预

目的：对脑出血昏迷患者的急诊护理干预效果予以探讨。方法：随机选取该院2014年1月至2015年5月间收治的60例脑出血昏迷患者，将其随机均分为两组，分别作为对照组与观察组，对对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施急诊护理干预，对比两组患者的病死率和致残率。结果：观察组患者的病死率与致残率明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：为脑出血昏迷患者实施急诊护理干预，能够有效的降低其致残率与病死率，提升其临床治疗效果，值得在临床应用中推广。

Emergency nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma

Objective:To explore the effect of emergency nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma.Methods:60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,the former group were treated with routine care,observation group of patients for emergency care intervention,and the mortality and disabili-ty rate.of two groups were compared.Results:the mortality rate and disability rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:the emergency nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma can effectively reduce the disability rate and mortality,improve the clinical treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
