综合护理对肝胆外科术后患者感染的影响

目的：研究综合护理对肝胆外科术后患者感染的影响。方法：选取该院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的480例肝胆外科手术患者作为研究对象，采取等距随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用综合护理。结果：两组患者术后感染率组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：采用综合护理的方式能够降低肝胆手术患者术后感染率，护理效果显著，具有临床应用及推广价值。

influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative infection in patients with liver and gallbladder surgery

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative infection of patients in Department of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:In our hospital from January 2012 to 2015 January 480 cases of hepatobiliary surgery patients as the research object,take isometric random sampling method is di-vided into the observation group and the control group,the control group were treated with routine nursing,observe groups of patients in the control group based on the comprehensive nursing.Results:there was significant difference in the infection rate between the two groups(P <0.05 ).Conclusions:the comprehensive nursing method can reduce postoperative infection rate of patients with liver and gallbladder surgery,nursing effect is remarkable,with clinical application and pro-motion value.
