| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨改良病员服的临床价值。方法：随机选取对照组与观察组各58例，对照组置 PICC 患者穿普通病员服，观察组置 PICC 患者穿改良病员服，对比两组的平均护理操作时间、发生 PICC 并发症的例数及病人满意度方面。结果：实验组换药时间、输液时间明显低于对照组，并发症也远低于对照组，满意度却高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：此款改良病员服值得 PICC 置管患者的临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical value of improved patient′s clothing.Methods:Randomly selected control group and the observation group,and 58 cases in each group,control groups of patients with PICC wear ordinary patient service,observation group set of PICC patients improved patient clothes to wear,compared two groups of average nursing operation time,complications of PICC patients and patient satisfaction on.Results:The time of dressing change and infusion time of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the complications were also far lower than the control group,the satisfaction was higher than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions:the improvement of patient clothes worth PICC for clinical use in patients with tube. |
