血清 PCT 和外周血中性粒细胞在溃疡性结肠炎中的临床价值分析

目的：检测溃疡性结肠炎患者血清降钙素原的浓度并分析其临床意义。方法：选取该院收治的123例结直肠癌住院患者，依据内镜下病变活动状态的不同，分为缓解组（31例）和发作组（92例），依据病情及严重程度，将发作组患者分为重度组（31例）、中度组（30例）、轻度组（31例），对照组为我院30例同期健康体检者，对所有研究对象行血常规及降钙素原检测并进行统计学分析。结果：①发作组、缓解组、对照组患者的中性粒细胞计数、血清降钙素原水平的差异显著（P 均＜0.05）；发作组患者中性粒细胞计数、血清降钙素原水平高于缓解组及对照组（P 均＜0.05）；缓解组患者的血清降钙素原水平高于对照组（P ＜0.05），缓解组和对照组患者中性粒细胞计数接近（P ＞0.05）。②轻度组、中度组、重度组患者的中性粒细胞计数、血清降钙素原水平的差异显著（P 均＜0.05）；重度组患者中性粒细胞计数、血清降钙素原水平高于中度组及轻度组（P 均＜0.05）；中度组患者中性粒细胞计数、血清降钙素原水平高于轻度组（P 均＜0.05）。结论：血清降钙素原能反应溃疡性结肠炎病情活动状态及严重程度，可考虑普及应用。

The clinical value of serum PCT and peripheral blood neutrophils in ulcerative colitis Analysis

Objective:To detect serum calcitonin ulcerative colitis patients with primary concentration and analyze its clinical significance.Methods:123 cases of colorectal cancer in our hospital inpatients,endoscopic disease activity based on different internal state,divided into remission group (31 cases)and epi-sodes of group (92 cases),based on the condition and severity of the attack group sub -group of patients with severe (31 cases),moderate group (30 cases), mild group (31 cases)and control group in our hospital 30 cases healthy volunteers,blood lines for all subjects and procalcitonin detected and analyzed statisti-cally.Results:①onset group,remission,neutrophil count in patients in the control group,the difference in serum procalcitonin levels were significantly (P <0.05);seizure patients neutrophil counts,serum procalcitonin higher than remission group and the control group (P <0.05 );remission in patients with serum procalcitonin level was higher (P <0.05),remission group and the control group of patients with neutrophil counts close (P >0.05).②mild group,moderate group,counting discrepancies severe group of patients with neutrophils,serum procalcitonin levels were significantly (P <0.05);patients with severe neutrophil counts,serum procalcitonin higher than the moderate group and mild group (P <0.05);patients with moderate neutrophil counts,serum procalcitonin levels high-er than mild group (P <0.05).Conclusions:Serum procalcitonin can react with ulcerative colitis disease activity and severity of the state may consider universal application.
