无创呼吸机鼻罩与面罩在慢阻肺患者临床治疗中的疗效对比观察

目的：探究无创呼吸机鼻罩与面罩在慢阻肺患者临床治疗中的疗效。方法：取2014年1月至2016年1月间该院接受住院治疗的65例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象。将患者按照治疗方式分为面罩组和鼻罩组，面罩组患者60例，采用无创呼吸机面罩方式，鼻罩组患者5例，采用无创呼吸机鼻罩方式。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：鼻罩组患者治疗总有效率为80．00％，面罩组患者治疗总有效率为96．67％，两组数据对比差异明显（P ＜0．05）。结论：在对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床治疗中，无创呼吸机可以较好的改善患者的呼吸功能，相比于无创呼吸机鼻罩方式，面罩呼吸方式具有更高的疗效，因而具有重要的应用价值。

Non -invasive ventilation nasal mask and mask contrast effect was observed in the clinical treatment of patients with COPD

Objective:To explore the curative effect of noninvasive ventilator and mask in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease.Methods:65 cases of chronic obstructive pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2014 were selected as the research ob-jects.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into the mask group and the nasal mask group,60 cases of the mask group and 5 cases of the nasal mask group.Comparison of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results:the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:in the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pul-monary disease without invasive ventilator can better improve the patient′s respiratory function,compared with noninvasive ventilator mask way,nasal mask breath-ing patterns with higher curative effect,so it has important application value.
