子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的效果

目的：研究和观察治疗剖宫产术中产后出血患者时使用子宫背带式缝合术的治疗效果。方法：收集剖宫产术中产后出血患者共72例，根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为35例对照组和37例观察组，对照组患者的治疗方法为填塞纱布法，观察组接受子宫背带式缝合术。结果：观察组患者的术中出血量明显低于对照组，观察组患者的手术时间显著短于对照组患者，观察组患者的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P 均＜0．05）。结论：在剖宫产术中产后出血患者的治疗过程中，通过子宫背带式缝合术能够有效降低患者术中的出血量并缩短手术时间，更加安全可靠，值得推广应用。

The effect of strap suture in the treatmert of hemorrhage in cesarean section postpartum uterus

Objective:To study and observation of treatment of cesarean section Caesarean postpartum hemorrhage in patients with uterine parceled suture treatment effect.Methods:a total of cesarean section of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with a total of 72 cases,according to the odd and even numbers of pa-tients admitted to date the number 35 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the observation group.Results:the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the inci-dence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,P was <0.05.Conclusions:splits the palace pro-duction of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with treatment process,more safe and reliable,it is worth popularization and application.
