探讨妇产科手术泌尿道损伤的预防及治疗

目的：研究分析因妇产科手术导致患者泌尿道损伤的临床预防及治疗方法。方法：选取2009年1月至2015年1月经该院进行妇产科手术引发患者出现泌尿道损伤的患者14例，收集所有患者的临床资料，对引发泌尿道损伤的原因进行回顾性分析，并据此探讨在妇产科手术中预防和治疗泌尿道损伤的方法。结果：所有患者因妇产科手术导致的泌尿道损伤患者均经过有效治疗后，全部治愈出院。结论：妇产科手术常导致患者出现输尿管损伤、膀胱损伤、阴道尿瘘等多种疾病，在各种妇产科手术的临床操作中必须提高医生的临床操作水平和可能造成尿道损伤的危机意识和责任心。

To explore the prevention and treatment of urinary tract injury in obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective:Research and analysis of urinary tract injury caused by gynecology and obstetrics surgery patients clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:Selected from January 2009 to January 201 5 menstrual hospital obstetrics and gynecology surgery causes in patients with urinary tract injury patients 1 4 cases,and to collect all the clinical data of patients,the causes of urinary tract injury were retrospectively analyzed,and accordingly explore the preven-tion and treatment of urinary tract injury in obstetrics and gynecology surgical approach.Results:All of the patients of the urinary tract injuries caused by gyneco-logical surgery after effective treatment,all cured.Conclusions:Gynecology and obstetrics surgery often lead to ureteral injury patients,bladder injury,vaginal a variety of diseases such as urinary fistula,in all kinds of clinical treatment of gynecological surgery must improve the level of the doctor′s clinical operation and may cause urethral injury crisis consciousness and sense of responsibility.
