摘    要:目的:观察不同水平硒对大鼠免疫力和血细胞的影响。方法:采用饮水加不同浓度硒,然后分析测定大鼠血液中各类细胞的变化。结果:与对照组相比:①中硒组大鼠血液中白细胞的各项指标只有白细胞数显著减少。而低硒组和高硒大鼠血液中白细胞数和淋巴细胞数均极显著减少,低硒组和高硒组大鼠的粒细胞数显著减少。此外,低硒组大鼠的淋巴细胞百分比显著下降,中值细胞数也显著减少;②低硒组大鼠的红细胞数和高硒组大鼠的平均红细胞血红蛋白含量显著减少。结论:大鼠生长发育过程中,补充适当浓度的硒对保持机体正常的免疫力和各类血细胞数量的稳定是必需的,过低或过高浓度的硒摄入对免疫系统有细胞毒性并破坏白细胞,同时对红细胞的某些生理指标也有影响。

Abstract:bjective: To study the Influence of different selenium(Se) level on blood ingredient in rats. Methods: Na 2SeO 3 deionized water were administered to rats for 5 months, then the blood ingredient of rats were measured. Results: Compared with control: ①the numbers of WBC apparently only decreased in the middle Se group. some indexes of WBC had significantly decreased in low Se group and high Se group, the indexes included the numbers of WBC, Lym and Gran, Lym% and Mid had obviously decreased in low Se group too; ②the numbers of RBC in low Se group and MCH in high Se group were apparently decreased. Conclusion: It is essential that the proper concentration Se supplement to keeping normal immunity of organism and stable of kinds of blood cell, low or high concentration Se had cell toxicity on immunity system , damaged WBC, and Influence on some indexs of RBC in rats too.
