| 摘 要： | 为了探讨男性不育的发病原因，采用直接加热白细胞提取基因组ＤＮＡ，并以此作为模板对ＹＲＲＭ２基因进行ＰＣＲ基因扩增，对３４０例男性不育患者的外周血标本进行了扩增筛查，结果发现７例为该基因缺损，占２％。证实在中国人群中ＹＲＲＭ２的缺损也是造成男性不育的原因之一。该方法可用于临床作为常规检查，为医生采用正确治疗方法提供了新的可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Heating directly the leucocytes, the genomic DNA was prepared and then used as the template to amplify YRRM2 genes by PCR technique. Deletion of the gene was detected in 7 out of 340 infertile males(2%), indicating aberration of YRRM2 being a cause of infertility in Chinese, The above technique was recomended for clinical use and might help in the treatment strategy of infertility. |
