前列腺术后并发症的探讨

目的:为了完善前列腺切除术的效果,探讨如何更好地处理其术后并发症。方法:对随机选取的前列腺术后发生尿潴留的23例患者的病例资料进行分析。结果:通过分析发现发生尿潴留的因素可能有:膀胱颈挛缩;膀胱颈后唇抬高;前列腺包膜或尿道黏膜损伤;前列腺窝口缝合不善造成的膀胱颈部狭窄;术中置管的大小和留置导尿管的时间影响;腺体残留。结论:前列腺术后出现尿潴留,要根据不同的原因采取相应的处理措施。

The investigation on prostate postoperative complications

Objective:To improve the effect of prostatectomy,to discuss better handle and the postoperative complications.Methods:To analysis the clinical data of 23 cases with urinary retention after prostate surgery.Results:The reason of urine retention include:bladder neck spasm;after the bladder neck lip bid up;prostate peplos or urethral mucous membrane damage;the prostate nest mouth bad suture can cause bladder neck stricture;for the size of the tube in this time of detaining urethral catheter lien and influence;rudimental gland.Conclusion:There is urinary retention after prostate surgery.According to different reason,to take different treated step.
