消化道穿孔的影像诊断研究

目的探讨患者采用不同方式进行消化道穿孔时的影响。方法选取2008年1月—2012年12月到该院进行消化道穿孔影像诊断的56例患者,对其进行放射线常规检查。结果消化道穿孔的患者一般是由于胃肠道穿孔引起的气体进入腹腔里的异常影像,X光检查可以看到因为腹腔内气体而产生的月牙状透亮线或者是腹腔内圆弧形气体的阴影,再结合患者的临床病况而作出诊断。结论上消化道穿孔是比较常见的临床并发症,使用普通放射线和CT扫描相结合的检查来诊断患者的病情,能够提高消化道穿孔的诊断率和准确率,值得推广应用。

Imaging Diagnosis of Gastrointestinal Perforation

Objective To investigate patients with gastrointestinal perforation impact and diagnostic research.Methods January 2010-December this year to a hospital for 90 patients with gastrointestinal perforation diagnostic imaging,radiation routine examination of these patients.Results The patients with gastrointestinal tract perforation intestinal or stomach gas caused by the abnormal images in the abdominal cavity,the gas moving up to the abdominal cavity height characteristics,in order to produce crescent-shaped images in the standing position.Conclusion The gastrointestinal perforation or gastrointestinal perforation are more common clinical complications,the use of a combination of CT scans and radiation tests to diagnose the patient’s condition is more accurate and worthy of clinical application.
