富血小板血浆对兔烫伤创面愈合的实验研究

目的:应用富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗兔烫伤创面的动物模型,研究兔自体PRP治疗烫伤创面的效果。方法:参照Sonnleither法制作PRP,全过程遵循无菌操作要求。大白兔随机分为实验组和控制组,每组12只,并造两侧为深Ⅱ度创面的烫伤模型。实验组使用PRP,控制组使用磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)。利用SPSS17.0统计软件检测,以x-±s表达实验数据,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:创面面积随时间延长而逐渐缩小,以实验组创面愈合尤为显著。7d实验组肉芽组织灶更显著;10d实验组较控制组毛细血管量及成纤维细胞更丰富,创缘上皮增殖更显著。14d实验组显示毛细血管数少而大部分成纤维细胞转化为纤维细胞,大量新生表皮细胞覆盖伤口。两组愈合面积均数之差均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富血小板血浆可以促进大白兔烫伤创面愈合,愈合创面质软,无瘢痕形成。

The experimental studies on the wound healed for the platelet rich plasma

Objective:To explore the role of the healing efficacy of burn wound healed using platelet rich plasma(PRP)by the animal model of burn wounds.Methods:The whole process of making prp was strict sterile which using Sonnleither law.The rabbits were randomly exposed to control group and experimental group(n=12 each),making the deep-Ⅱ wound on the rabbit each side.The sulfadiazine silver paint to the wound for control group and the platelet rich plasma gel evenly spread to the wound for experimental group.The statistics work were finished by spss 17.0 software.All parameters were expressed as the mean ±s and difference was considered significance when P<0.05.Results:The scalded area reduced by time prolonged,especially the experimental group.In the experimental group,on 7 d,the focal granulation were more significant,on 10 d,the wound fibroblast cells and capillary number are more significant,and on 14 d,the wound neonatal epidermal cells has been basically covered the wound and wound tissue fibroblasts most into fiber cell.The experimental group wound healing rates were higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The platelet rich plasma could promote the big white rabbit scald wound healing,which was soft and without scar formation.
