无创正压通气技术在急性左心衰竭患者中的应用研究

摘    要:目的:总结无创正压通气技术在急性左心衰竭患者中的应用经验。方法:对50例急性左心衰竭患者在对症治疗基础上实施无创正压通气,观察通气前及通气1 h,5 h临床症状及体征变化,比较生命体征及血气指标改善情况。结果:50例患者无创正压通气后临床症状、体征及生命体征、血气指标均明显改善。结论:无创正压通气用于急性左心衰竭可纠正患者缺氧状态,还能改善患者呼吸功能,有助于降低病死率及促进患者康复。

Abstract:Objective:To summarize the experience of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on patientswith acute left ventricular failure.Methods:Fifty cases withacute left ventricular failurev was cured by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation based on symptomatic treatment.To observe clinical symptoms and signs before and after ventilation 1 h,5 h.The signs and blood gases was compared.Results:The clinical symptom,clinical sign,vital sign and blood gas index was improved obviously after non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Conclusion:non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for patients with acute left ventricular failure can improve anaerobic condition,improve respiratory efficiency of patients,help to reduce mortality and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
