术尔泰预防术后肠粘连的临床疗效

目的探讨术尔泰预防术后粘连性肠梗阻的作用。方法对155例行腹部手术的患者关腹前腹腔内应用术尔泰,观察术后5年内粘连性肠梗阻的发生情况,与88例同期行腹部手术的患者进行比较。结果治疗组术后5年内发生粘连性肠梗阻20例（12.9%）,对照组发生粘连性肠梗阻21例（23.8%）（P〈0.05）。治疗组术后通气排便时间早于对照组（P〈0.005）。结论术中正确使用术尔泰具有较好的预防术后粘连性肠梗阻的作用。

Clinical Evaluation of Shuerta on Prevention of Postoperative Intestinal Adhesion

Objective To explore the effect of shuerta to prevent postoperative adhesive ileus. Methods 155 abdominal operation＇ s cases were flushed with Shuartai in abdominal cavity before closed , observing occurrence of adhesive ileus within 5 years, compared with 88 cases of the manitol flushed in control group. Results 20 out of 155 patients had adhesive ileus within five years（ 12.9% ） ,while 21 patients in control group had adhesive ileus within five years{23.8% ）. There was a significant difference of the two group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of ventilation and defecation in study group was earlier than control group （ P 〈 0.005）. Conclusion Using shuerta correctly in operation can prevent postoperative adhesive ileus effectively.
