摘    要:目的:研究重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stmiulation,rTMS)在脑梗塞运动功能康复中的作用。方法:选取40例急性脑梗塞住院患者,随机分成治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例)在常规药物治疗及功能训练治疗相同的情况下,治疗组给予10次的重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组治疗前后的运动诱发电位(MEP)、中枢运动传导时间(CMCT)和简易的Fugl-Meyer(FMA)运动功能评分。结果:治疗前,两组MEP、CMCT及FMA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的MEP、CMCT及FMA比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的运动功能恢复明显优于对照组。结论:rTMS有利于脑梗塞运动功能的康复。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on rehabilitation of motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Method: Forty patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients were treated with conventional drug and functional training.The treatment group were given an extra rTMS treatment for 10 days.Then motor function scores of motion evoked potential(MEP)、central motion conduction time(CMCT) and Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) before and after rTMS treatment were compared.Result: Before treatment,the scores of MEP、CMCT and FMA were not significant different between the two groups(P0.05),while after treatment,there were statistical significance being observed(P0.05) indicating the rehabilitation of motor function was better for the treatment group than that of the control.Conclusion: rTMS can promote motor function recovery for patients with cerebral infarction.
