四物消风散加减联合卤米松治疗慢性湿疹

目的 :观察四物消风散加减配合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的效果。 方法 :143例患者随机分为治疗组(72例)与对照组(71例),治疗组用中药四物消风散加减内服配合卤米松乳膏外用,对照组单纯卤米松乳膏外用。 结果 :两组有效率分别为88.9%、63.4%;治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性。两者用药过程中均无明显不良反应。 结论 :中药四物消风散加减配合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹,疗效肯定。

Clinical research to treat chronic eczema with modified Siwu Xiaofeng powder plus sicortend

Objective: To observe the effect on the treatment for chronic eczema with modified Siwu Xiaofeng powder plus sicorten cream. Method : 143 cases are divided to the therapy group (72 cases) and the control group (71 cases) at random, The therapy group was treated by modified Siwu Xiaofeng powder for oral administration plus sicorten cream for external application, the control group was only treated by sicorten cream for external application. Result: After a course of treatment, the effective rate of two groups are 88.9%, 63.4%respectively; the effective rate of the therapy group are higher obviously than that of the control group, the difference between two groups was significant. No obvious side effects were found in two treatment groups. Conclusion: The effect on the treatment for chronic eczema with modified four substances wind-dispersing powder plus sicorten cream is for sure.
