摘    要:运用DNA图像分析(IAT),核仁组成区嗜银染色技术(AgNOR),增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及Ki-S单克隆抗体免疫组化染色对93例脑膜瘤外科切除标本进行观察。结果显示恶性腋膜瘤(MM)、有复发的良性脑膜瘤(RBM)、有局部浸润的良性脑膜瘤(IBM)增殖能力高于无复发、无浸润的单纯良性脑膜瘤(SBM)(P<0.01),良性脑膜瘤的复发或浸润行为与细胞增殖潜能有关。上述四种方法中Ki-S是一种敏感性较高的简便方法:AgNOR不仅敏感性高,且重复性和稳定性好。结果进一步表明,当AgNOR颗粒数大于或等于2.8时,良性脑膜瘤复发的可能性较大(P<0.05)。

Abstract:A study was made on 93 surgical specimens of meningiomas.The specimens included 21 malignant meningiomas(MM), 25 benign meningiomas with recurrence after completely surgical removal (RBM). 12 benign meningiomas with invasion into dura , skull or muscle (IBM)and 35 simple benign meningiomas without recurrence after surgical treatment 6 or more years(SBM). Four methods were used, namely , DNA image analysis technology(IAT) , proliferating cell auclear antigen(PCNA) , Ki - S1 monoclonal antibodies immunohistochemical staining and argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions (AgNOR) in order to study the characteristics of meningioma is cell kinetics and their values in biological behaviours.The results indicate:(1)The proliferating potential of the MM. RBM and IBM is much greater than that of the SBM(P<0.01) and the benign meningioma's recurrence or invasion is related to its proliferating ability;(2) The DNA, PCNA, Ki - S1 and AgNOR are all useful to assess the meningioma's proliferating potential , and are significantly related to each other(P<0.01).Among the methods, Ki - S1 is the simplest and most sensitive . AgNOR is not only sensitive but also repeatable;(3) when benign meningima's AgNOR number per cell nucleus is 2.8 or more the meningioma is more likely to recur (P< 0. 05).
