200例精神障碍患者非精神科诊治情况调查

目的 :了解精神障碍患者非精神科诊治情况。　方法 :自制调查表 ,对 2 0 0例精神障碍患者及 /或家属进行调查。　结果 :有 81%患者曾到综合医院非精神科就诊 1～ 9次。其中以神经症患者非精神科就诊率最高 (90 1% ) ,精神分裂症最低 (72 4% ) ,非精神科就诊率与文化程度呈负相关。诊断准确率为 13 6 %。用药合理率为 2 2 9%。有 90 %患者参与过迷信活动。治疗花费 (15 12± 35 6 )元。　结论 :精神障碍的诊治存在很大误区。非精神科医师对精神障碍识别率低

An investigation of health care-seeking behavior in nonpsychiatric departments in 200 patients with mental disorders

Objective:To study the health care-seeking behavior in nonpsychiatric departments in patients with mental disorders. Method:200 patients with mental disorders and/or their relatives were investigated with self-made clinical inventory. Results:81% patients with mental disorders(90% of neurotic and 72.4% of schizophrenic patients)had ever been seeking health care in general hospitals.Most of them (63.6%) received treatment in internal medicine department and neurological department.There was a negative correlation between the rate of nonprofessional treatment and the educational level of patients.Among the 200 patients,only 13.6% were correctly diagnosed and 22.9% were rationally cured with drugs,90% of them had ever received superstitious method. Conclusion:There exists misunderstanding in the diagnosis of mental illness.The rate of correct diagnosis of mental disorders is lower in general hospitals.
