肾及肾上腺旁腹膜后肿瘤的诊治(附26例报告)

目的：探讨邻近肾及肾上腺腹膜后肿瘤的诊治方法。方法：对26例本病患者的临床资料进行总结并结合文献分析。结果：14例术前获正确定位诊断，12例误诊；12例术前获正确定性诊断，14例为术后确诊。25例行手术治疗，其中14例行肿瘤全切除术；4例行肿块加同侧肾切除；3例行肿块活检术；4例行肿块及同侧腹膜后淋巴清扫。结论：本病倾向于局部生长和浸润，很少产生转移，应尽可能彻底切除，并广泛切除受浸润的邻近组织和器官。肿瘤复发后可再次切除，预后与切除率和肿瘤细胞分化有关。

RETROPERITONEAL TUMOR ADJACENT TO RENAL AND ADRENAL GLAND

Objective:To elucidate the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal tumor near renal and adrenal gland.Methods: 26 cases of retroperitoneal tumor were studied and related articles were reviewed.Results:14 eases were correctly diagnosed in position before the operation while others were not. 12 cases were diagnosed correctly in quality before operation and 14 eases after operation. 25 cases underwent operation. Among them, 14 received total tumor resection, 4 received tumor and ipsilateral renal resection, 3 received tumor biopsy,4 received tumor and ipsilateral retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy. Conclusions: The tumor tends to grow and infiltrate locally, few metastasis occurs. So it should be resected as completely as possible. The infiltrated adjacent tissue and organ also should be resected. Operation canbe taken even after relapse. Prognosis depends on resection ratio and tumor cell differentiation.
