在校女大学生指甲油使用状况及其与指(趾)甲损伤的关联性

目的了解在校大学生指甲油使用状况及其与指甲损伤的相关性。督促大学生尽量减少指甲油的使用,爱护指甲。方法采用分层多级随机抽样方法抽取女生2 510名,其中,指甲油使用者1 945人。调查其人口学特征资料、指甲油使用状况和指甲损伤的发生情况。对数据进行χ2检验、非条件Logistic回归分析。结果曾经使用过指甲油的学生占80.20%,经常或几乎一直使用者占36.50%,很少使用者占63.50%,35.70%的人持续使用时间1年或1年以上,33.00%的人偏爱使用深色指甲油,多数学生(76.30%)使用人工合成的指甲油;Logistic回归分析显示,持续使用时间与指甲损伤率正相关(OR=1.101;P<0.05)。涂抹指甲数量越多指甲损伤率越高(OR=1.030;P<0.05)。与浅色指甲油相比,深色指甲油对指(趾)甲的损伤是其1.322倍,深色和浅色指甲油混用是其1.309倍(P<0.05)。结论很多女大学生曾使用过指甲油,且部分学生经常使用,造成了指甲的损伤。此类现象应引起学校的重视,帮助学生认识指甲油的各种危害,爱护指甲,保护身体。

Usage of nail Polish in College students and its relationship with the injury to finger

Objective To learn about the usage of nail Polish in College students and its relationshiP with the injury to finger.Urge college students to minimize the use of nail Polish and care about their fingers.Methods AdoPt stratified multi-stage random samPling method to extract 2510 girls,of which 1945 were nail Polish users.Investigate the demograPhic characteristics of materials,usage of nail Polish and the occurrence of its injury to finger.Analyze these data with χ^2 test and non-conditional logistic regression.Results Usage frequency of nail Polish in college students reached for 80.2 %,frequently or almost always users accounted for 36.5 %,few users 63.5 %.Among them,35.7 % students continued to use for one year or more than one year,33.0 % Prefer the use of dark nail Polish.Most students（76.3 %） using a synthetic class;showed by the logistic regression analysis that continued use of nail Polish time with the damage rate of finger was Positively correlated（OR=1.101,P〈0.05）.Which means the more number of nails Painted, the higher rate injury of the nail（OR=1.030,P〈0.05）.ComPared with light-colored nail Polish,the damage that dark-colored nail Polish do to fingers（toes） is 1.322 times and it is 1.309 times when they are used together（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Many female college students had used nail Polish,and some students frequently used,resulting in fingers＇ injury.The school should Pay attention to such Phenomena and take measures to helP students understand the various hazards of nail Polish,educate them care about their fingers and Protect their health.
