摘    要:目的 应用ERIC-PCR技术对致尿路感染大肠埃希菌进行基因分型。方法 收集大肠埃希菌致尿路感染患者标本24例,以ERIC序列为引物结合位点,PCR扩增致病大肠埃希菌基因组。结果 24例菌株中23例得到阳性扩增,ERIC-PCR绘制的基因组指纹图条带清晰可辨且有一定的复杂度。结论 ERIC-PC技术可用于大肠埃希菌的基因分型,能够有效地鉴别不同的菌株。

Abstract:Objective] The new technique of ERIC-PCR was used to determine the genotype of uropathogenic Eseherichia coil Methods] ERIC sequences were synthesized and tested as opposing PCR primers in the amplication of uropathogenie Eseherichia coli genomic DNA, followed by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. A total of 24 strains of pathogens were identified. Results] The bands patterns of 24 strains provided unambiguous DNA tigerprints of different E.coli species and strains. Conclusions] ERIC-PCR is an effective way to determine the genotype of E.coli and identify different strains.
