新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿恢复期神经营养药支持的临床研究

目的：探讨应用神经营养药对促进缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿智能及运动发育恢复的影响。方法：将90例3个月内的HIE患儿随机分组，在1岁内进行干预，药物组同时行神经发育训练及应用神经营养药治疗，对照组仅进行神经发育训练。在患儿1岁时采用中国婴幼儿智力发育测验量表（CDCC）对患儿进行发育评估。将两组患儿进行疗效对比。结果：药物组患儿1岁时智能发育指数明显高于对照组，两组相比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）；药物组患儿1岁时运动发育指数略低于对照组，但两组相比无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论：对HIE恢复期患儿在行神经发育训练的同时早期联合应用神经营养药物有利于患儿智能发育水平的提高，但对运动发育水平改善不明显。

The clinical study on the neurotrophy medicine to the patients with the hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective:To probe the influence of the neurotrophy medicine to the patients with the hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: To divide the 90 patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy into two groups : the medicine group and the control group .The patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in the medicine group were treated with training on neural development and neurotrophy medicine. The patients in the control group were treated with training only.And then to evaluate their effect by CDCC. Results:The intellectual development index in the medicine group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The motor development index in the medicine group was lower a little than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Training on neural development and neurotrophy medicine profit to elevate their intellectual development,but it do not profit to elevate their motor development obviously.
