PCI与静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全的近期临床观察

目的:了解经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)及静脉溶栓对急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全患者的治疗效果。方法:本文对85例急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全的住院患者中43例行PCI,对另外42例患者因各种原因未接受PCI治疗,而行静脉尿激酶溶栓治疗,成功者做为溶栓组,未成功者作为对照组。从患者接受治疗前后LVEF(左室射血分数)值及运动耐量的变化进行比较分析。结果:成功静脉溶栓组及PCI治疗组均可明显改善LVEF值,较保守治疗组的运动耐量也有显著的提高。结论:成功的静脉流量尤其是PCI治疗对急性心肌梗死合并左室功能不全患者的治疗有效。

Clinical Observation of Short-term Effect of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and Intraveous Thrombolysis In Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined With Left Ventricular Dysfunction

Objective:To compare the efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) and intravenous thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction combined with left ventricular dysfunction.Methods: 85 patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with left ventricular dysfunction,including 43 received PCI and 42 received intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase,were divided into thrombolysis group with satisfactory results and control group with unsatisfactory results. The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and exercise tolerance before and after therapy were compared between two groups.Results:The level of LVEF and exercise tolerance in group with successful throbolysis and group with PCI were obviously improved than those in control group.Conclusion: The proper intravenous flow and PCI therapy is effective in acute myocardial infarction combined with left ventricular dysfunction.
