| 摘 要： | 目的]了解我国高海拔藏族政法公务人员的代谢综合征(MS)的流行特征。方法]对世居在海拔3700m以上690例17～75岁藏族政法公务人员,测定身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、空腹血糖及胰岛素,分析藏族男女政法公务人员代谢综合征的流行特点。结果]高海拔藏族政法公务人员(MS)男女患病率分别为20.6%、11.2%,男性高于女性;随年龄增长患病率呈上升趋势。结论]高海拔藏族政法公务人员MS患病形势严峻,应及早开展MS社区综合防治。
