人脑肿瘤组织抗氧化酶的实验研究

摘    要:为研究脑瘤的氧自由基化学病理,我们测定了正常人脑组织与脑瘤组织的抗氧化酶活性。结果表明抗氧化酶活性与肿瘤病理类型及恶性程度相关,呈明显规律性变化。脑膜瘤、低恶度及高恶度胶质瘤的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性依次递降,而且线粒体Mn-SOD的降低更为突出;而高恶度、低恶度胶质瘤及脑膜瘤的过氧化氢酶(CAT)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性则依次递增。

Abstract:In order to investigate the oxygen free radicals which might be involved in the chemical pathology of human brain tumors, we have examined the activities of three antioxidant enzymes in human brain tumor tissues, taking the normal human brain tissues as controls. Our data indicated that activities of these enzymes in tumors were well correlated with their histopathological findings and the degree of malignancy. The SOD activity was found to be reduced in descending order in meningiomas, low grade gliomas and high grade gliomas, and the mitochondrial Mn-SOD activity decreased more significantly than that of Cu, Zn-SOD. The CAT and GSH-px activity was increased in ascending order in high grade gliomas, low grade gliomas and meningiomas.
