NF—κBp 65和HIF-1α在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中NF-κBp65、HIF-1α的蛋白表达水平及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学（PowerVision TM）二步法对56例宫颈鳞癌和25例正常宫颈组织进行NF—κBp65、HIF-1α蛋白检测。结果宫颈鳞癌组织NF—κBp65、HIF-1α的表达均高于对照组正常宫颈组织（P〈0．01）。NF—κBp65的蛋白表达与患者的病理分级及有无淋巴转移存在相关性（P〈0．05）；HIF-1α的蛋白表达与患者的临床分期及有无淋巴转移存在相关性（P〈0．05）。NF—κBp65和HIF-1α的蛋白表达呈正相关（r=0．439，P〈0．01）。结论联合检测NF—κBp65和HIF-1α蛋白表达对诊断宫颈鳞癌的意义优于单纯检测NF—κBp65或HIF-1α蛋白表达。

EXPRESSIONS OF NF - κBp65 AND HIF - 1 AIN TISSUE OF CERVICAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between expression of NF - κB p65 and HIF -1α in tissue of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods The expressions of NF - κB p65 and HIF -1α were examined by immuohistochemical staining in 56 specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 25 specimens of normal cervical tissue. Results The expression rates of NF - κB p65 and HIF -1α in cervical squamous cell carcinoma appeared significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Expression of NF - κB p65 was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Expressions of HIF -1α was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. HIF -1α expression was positively correlated with NF - κB p65 expression （ r = 0.584, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combination of NF - κB 1365 and HIF - -1α expression in tissue of cervical squamous cell carcinoma shown much more valuable diagnostic indicator than either NF - κB or HIF -1α alone.
