胆石性胰腺炎86例临床分析

目的总结对急性胆石性胰腺炎的诊断和治疗经验,提高对胆石性胰腺炎的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析内蒙古医学院附属人民医院近8年来收治的86例胆石性胰腺炎病人的临床资料。结果86例病人中17例急诊行手术治疗,包括胆囊切除,胆总管切开,T管引流,据胰腺病变可同时行胰包膜切开,清除胰腺坏死病灶,小网膜腔灌洗引流术,69例首先采取保守治疗,待炎症消退后早期手术治疗。结论尽早明确胆石性胰腺炎的诊断,根据胆道有无明显梗阻决定是首先采取急诊手术治疗方式、还是采取保守治疗待炎症消退后再选择适当的手术时机,和合适的手术方式,对控制疾病发展与减少并发症,提高疾病的治愈率非常重要。

Clinical Analysis on 86 Cases of Gallstone Pancreatitis
