巨大子宫肌瘤的CT诊断

目的探讨巨大子宫肌瘤的CT征象,提高其CT的诊断水平。方法选择手术和病理证实的最大径≥15 cm的巨大子宫肌瘤16例进行回顾性CT分析,年龄32~64岁,全部病例均行平扫加增强扫描。结果肿瘤最大径在15~20 cm 9例,20~25 cm 2例,25~30 cm 2例,30 cm以上3例。浆膜下9例,阔韧带2例,肌壁间5例。2例CT平扫和增强密度均匀,与子宫肌等密度;4例平扫密度均匀,增强后明显不均匀;10例平扫和增强均不均匀,内见多形性低密度影,其中8例有"复印"征。结论巨大子宫肌瘤有特征性CT表现,CT对巨大子宫肌瘤有较高的诊断价值。

CT Diagnosis of Giant Hysteromyoma

Objective To probe into the CT characteristics of giant hysteromyoma and to improve the CT diagnosis of giant hysteromyoma.Methods CT features of giant hysteromyomas that the maximal diameter were over 15 cm in 16 cases ranged from 32 to 64 years old in age and proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analysed,plain and contrast-enhanced CT scan were performed in all cases.Results The maximal diameter of the hysteromyoma ranged from 15cm to 20cm in 9 cases,20cm to 25cm in 2 cases,25cm to 30cm in 2 cases,over 30 cm in 3 cases.9 tumors located at the subserous site,2 located at the broad ligament and 5 located at myometrium.The tumors appeared as homogeneous density similar to normal uterus tissue in 2,homogeneous density on plain scan and heterogeneous density on enhanced CT scan in 4,heterogeneous density on both plain scan and enhanced scan with irregular low density in 10 cases,of them,8 cases had "duplicate" sign.Conclusion CT scan is of great value in diagnosing giant hysteromyoma.
