南昌市596例艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

目的了解南昌市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)机构服务人群现状,为本市制定下一阶段艾滋病防控工作提供指导意见。方法对596例艾滋病自愿咨询检测者的人口学状况、求询原因、危险行为等进行统计学分析。结果 596例求询者95.6%接受了HIV抗体检测,检出阳性数23例,HIV感染检出率4.04%;求询者男女性别比为2.8:1;年龄主要集中在18～45岁的青壮年,占86.2%;大专及以上高学历在求询者中占53.7%;求询原因中高危性行为占64.4%。结论南昌地区艾滋病的传播以性传播为主,对暗娼、男男性接触者(MSM)及文化程度较低的流动人口等重点人群有针对性地开展宣传教育将是今后工作的重点。

Analysis on 596 Cases Conducting HIV VCT in Nanchang City

[Objective]To understand the current situation of people who take part in HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Nanchang CDC,and provide guidance for AIDS prevention and control in nest stage.[Methods]Demographic situation,reason of counseling,risk behaviors of 596 cases conducting HIV VCT were statistically analyzed.[Results]Of the 596 cases,95.6% accepted the HIV antibody test,23 were detected HIV positive,the infection rate was 4.04%;the ratio of male to female was 2.8：1;86.2% were young adults aged 18-45 years;53.7% had tertiary and higher-educated background;64.4% counseled for their high-risk sexual behavior.[Conclusion]The primary transmission route of AIDS is sexual transmission in Nanchang City,targeted AIDS knowledge and education among CSW,MSM,floating population with lower level of education and other key populations will be the preventive and control focus in future.
