摘    要:目的:建立顶空单液滴微萃取-气相色谱法,用于测定饮用水和地表水中3种挥发卤代烃和6种烷基苯污染物。方法:采用顶空单液滴微萃取法对水中的待测物进行提取和浓缩,进行提取条件优化后,以GC-FID进行定量测定。结果:在优化条件下,顶空单液滴微萃取法对水中卤代烃和烷基苯有显著的浓缩富集效率,该测定方法具有良好的线性(R2≥0.994)、重复性(RSD=6.6%)和回收率(95.7%~104.2%)。结论:顶空单液滴微萃取法适合于水中有机挥发物的分析测定。

Abstract:Aim:To establish a headspace single-drop microextraction/GC method for the determination of alkyl halides and alkyl benzenes in water sample.Methods:The target analytes were extracted and enriched by headspace single-drop microextraction with optimized parameters and then detected by GC/FID.Results:The proposed method,using the optimized parameters,showed good linearity,repeatabilily and recovery with high enrichment efficiency.Conclusion:This method has proved to be simple and sensitive with low pollution.It could be used for the determination of organic compounds in water samples.
