| Abstract: | 13 cases of aneurism in arteria interna- arteria communicars posterior have been clipping operation of the aneurysm in our department.Oculomoter paralisis specific character in diagnostic of the aneurism disease.We suggest that "Yasargil" cranspteryood approach should be the first choice in treating these cases. Controlled hypoteusion and blocking vessel has preventive measure and management operetive hemorrhage good effectiveness has been received. |
