学习信念干预对实习护生学习成效的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨学习信念干预对实习护生学习成效的影响.方法 对2008年2-7月新进入我院的107名实习护生进行学习信念干预.干预内容包括对护理专业的认识,学习目的 ,未来工作的信心,学习动力和积极性的保持,学习能力的掌握和学习习惯的养成等.结果 接受学习信念干预的实习护生学习成效明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过学习信念干预使护生学习信念变得越来越成熟,越来越稳定,能够在实践中掌握学习方法,获得学习动力,提高学习成效,故有必要对实习护生进行学习信念干预.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of the study belief interference on the nursing students' study. Methods To perform interference of the beliefs in Learning of nursing students who came to our hospital during February to July 2008. The interference contains the cognition of nursing, the objective of learning, the confidence in future, the motivation, the enthusiasm of learning, the method of learning and so on.Results The nursing students who accepted the intervention had achieved better results. Conclusions It is necessary to influence the beliefs in learning of the nursing students.
