| 摘 要： | 报告用薄层色谱扫描法测定滇产龙胆生药及苦胆草片制剂中龙胆苦甙含量的方法和结果。研究表明，云南不同产地龙胆生药，含量差别最高4．2倍；不同厂家苦胆草片制剂，含量差别最高达5倍，内在质量显然不同。龙胆苦甙是龙胆的有效成分，为保证药品质量和合理用药，应建立系统的含量控制标准，本研究为此提供了科学依据和技术方法。

| Abstract: | The determination of Gentiopicroside in Gentiana rigescens and it's preparation,Kudancao Tablet by TLC-SC method have been report in this paper.The result indicates that among the Gentiana rigescens crude drugs from different habitats,the content difference is up to 4 2 times and among the kudancao Tablet samples from different manufacturers,the content difference is up to 5 times.There is obvious difference in their interal guality.To guarantee the medicine's quality and it's scientific application,Gentiopicroside,as the maine effective ingredient of Gentiana rigescens,should be controled under a systematic quality standard.This paper has provided the scientific principles and method on the determination. |
