| 摘 要： | 目的研究绞股蓝胶囊和甘利欣胶囊治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法选取112例脂肪性肝炎随机分成两组,绞股蓝组58例,绞股蓝联合甘利欣组64例,并对治疗前后的血脂及转氨酶进行比较。结果绞股蓝组降血脂作用显著,而转氨酶无明显变化。结论绞股蓝联合甘利欣组降脂降酶作用显著,治疗有效率达90%,绞股蓝联合甘利欣是治疗脂肪肝的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical effect of Gynostemmae Glycosides Tablets conjoining Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules in treatment of fatty liver.Methods 112 cases of patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into the treatment group (64 cases) and the control group (58 cases).The treatment group was treated orally with Gynostennae Glycosides Tablets conjoining Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules,and the control group was treated orally with Gynostennae Glycosides Tablets.The treatment period was 30 days.Results CHO,TG and transaminase of patients in treatment group significantly decreased and the efficiency was up to 90%.CHO and TG of patients in control group significantly decreased.However,elevation of transaminase didn't apparently changed. Conclusion Gynostennae Glycosides Tablets Conjoining Diamnmonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules is efficient in treatment of fatty liver. |
