杏丁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的 研究杏丁对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法 将糖尿病病人随机分成两组，杏丁治疗组(80例应用杏丁注射液20m1配入0．85％生理盐水中)，对照组(40例应用复方丹参注射液10m1配入0．85％生理盐水中)。治疗期为21d。观察病人肢端末梢的感觉变化情况及体感诱发的变化情况。结果 杏丁治疗组病人总有效74例(92．5％)，有效31例(38．75％)，显效43例(53．7％)，无效6例(7．1％)。结论 杏丁对糖尿病周围神经病变病人有恢复神经传导速度、减轻病人肢端末梢麻木、疼痛等治疗作用。

Observation of Xingding in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the effects of Xingding on treatment of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Patients with diabetic neuropathies were involved in a randomized control clinical trial.Treating group(80 cases) were treated with Xingding(20ml solved in 0.85% NS for 21 days).Control group(40 cases) were treated with Fufang Danshen(10ml solved in 0.85% NS for 21 days).The effcts of Xingding on the sense the limb endings and the change of body sense were observed.Results Comparing with the control group,the total effective rate in the treating group was 92.5%(74 cases),effective rate was 38.75%(71 cases),marked effective rate was 53.7%(43 cases),noneffective rate was 7.1%(6 cases).Conclusion Xingding has obvious effect on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It can recover the nerve conducting speed,reduce the anesthesia and ache of the limb endings.
