| 摘 要： | 总结102例门诊患者上消化道超声胃镜检查的护理配合体会，分别从检查前、检查中和检查后三个方面阐明配合方法及并发症的预防，认为术前的充分准备、术中、术后的密切配合及病情监测是超声内镜诊断和治疗顺利进行的保障。
