2004～2008年武城县中小学生常见病检查资料分析

目的]了解武城县中小学生常见病及乙型肝炎、肺结核的患病及其变化状况,为进一步采取针对性防治措施提供科学依据。方法]对武城县2004～2008年中小学生常见病检查资料进行分析。结果]2004～2008年合计检查中小学生185 516人,视力不良罹患率为37.12%,龋齿罹患率为13.63%,营养不良罹患率为10.90%,结核菌素试验阳性率为10.02%,沙眼罹患率为7.21%,肥胖罹患率为4.48%,HBsAg阳性率为2.05%。营养不良营、肥胖、视力不良罹患率均有逐年上升趋势,龋齿、沙眼罹患率和HBsAg阳性率、结核菌素试验阳性率均有逐年下降趋势(P0.01);营养不良、视力不良罹患率和HBsAg阳性率、结核菌素试验阳性率均有随年级的升高而增加的趋势,沙眼罹患率有随年级的升高逐渐下降的趋势,肥胖罹患率、龋齿罹患率,不同年级的差异有统计学意义(P0.01);营养不良、视力不良、龋齿罹患率男生均低于女生,肥胖罹患率、HBsAg阳性、结核菌素试验阳性率均为男生高于女生(P0.01);营养不良、龋齿、沙眼罹患率、HBsAg阳性率县城学生低于乡镇学生,视力不良、肥胖罹患率和结核菌素试验阳性率均为县城学生高于乡镇学生(P0.01)。结论]武城县中小学生视力不良、营养不良、肥胖罹患率呈逐年上升趋势,龋齿、沙眼罹患率和HB-sAg阳性、结核菌素试验阳性率有大幅度下降。
