| 摘 要： | 目的寻找一种简单、有效、成功率高的异位妊娠的药物治疗方法。方法联合用药组(30例为氨甲喋呤(MTX)50mg/m2肌肉注射和米非司酮600mg一次口服,对照组(42例)仅为MTX50mg/m2肌肉注射。结果联合用药组仅有1例失败,而对照组有11例失败。结论MTX和米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠可降低失败率。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek a simple,effective and highly successful pharmacotherapeutic method for ectopic pregnancy.Methods The treatment consisted of50mg /m 2 of methotrexate injected intramuscularly and600mg of mifepristone administered orally,compared with the control group who received only50mg /m 2 of methotrexate injected intramuscularly.Results There was only1failure in the30patients treated with the combination,whereas treatment with methotrexate alone had failed in11of42patients.Conclusion The combination of methotrexate and mifepristone may decrease the risk of failure in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. |
