高龄白内障患者超声乳化与人工晶体植入术后视力恢复情况分析及护理干预

目的 探讨高龄白内障患者超声乳化与人工晶体植入术后视力恢复情况及护理干预方法.方法 选取2010年1月-2012年1月收治的98例白内障患者,对其进行白内障超声乳化与人工晶体植入手术,分析其术后视力恢复情况及其危险因素,以术后最佳矫正视力≤0.3为低视力诊断标准.结果 98例患者术后视力≤0.3者19例,＞0.3 ～0.5者23例,＞0.5 ～0.8者31例,＞0.8者25例.19例低视力患者中,其中糖尿病性视网膜病变患者7例,青光眼性神经性萎缩患者6例,矫正后屈光不正患者5例,近视性脉络膜视网膜变性患者1例.不同年龄、是否合并其他疾病、抗生素使用时间、有无组织损伤等不同因素患者术后低视力情况比较,差异有统计学意义（x2值分别为9.146,4.499,9.062,26.518;P ＜0.05）.结论 高龄患者白内障超声乳化与人工晶体植入术对提高视力具有良好的疗效.年龄＞65岁、合并其他疾病、抗生素使用时间＞5d和手术时出现组织损伤是显著增加低视力发病率的危险因素.

Recovery of visual acuity and nursing intervention of elderly cataract patients after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation

Objective To investigate the recovery of visual acuity and nursing imervention of elderly cataract patients after phacoemalsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 98 patients,aged 55 to 78 years,were selected from January 2010 to January 2012.All the patients received th e phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Then,the treatment and risk factors for the recovery were analyzed.The postoperative best corrected visual acuity ≤ 0.3 was regarded as diagnostic criteria.Results Totals of 98 cases of postoperative visual acuity were analyzed,including low vision acuity ≤0.3 in 19 cases,0.3 to 0.5 in 23 cases,0.5 to 0.8 in 31 cases and 〉0.8 in 25 cases.After analysis of 19 patients with low vision,diabetic retinopathy were found with seven patients （7.1%）,glaucomatous nerve atrophy was six patients （6.1%）,refractive error was five patients after correction （5.1%）,myopic chorioretinal denaturation was one case （1.0%）.Meanwhile,with patients aged more than 65 years,combined with other diseases,the use of antibiotics more than five days and tissue damage occurred,the incidence of patients with low vision increased（x2 =9.146,4.499,9.062,26.518,respectively;P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The phacoemulsification and implant surgery of intraocular leas is helpful to improve vision with good effect.Older than 65 years,combined with other diseases,the use of antibiotics more than five days and tissue damage occurred,are risk factors for low vision.
