共情护理对静脉血栓患者负面情绪及症状困扰的影响

目的：探讨共情护理对缓解静脉血栓患者负面情绪及症状困扰程度的效果。方法将82例术后静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组各41例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上进行共情护理。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及症状困扰量表（ DSI）比较两组患者干预前后的负面情绪及症状困扰。结果干预后观察组SAS、SDS、DSI评分分别为（36．47±9．76），（33．17±11．66），（34．47±5．68）分，均低于对照组的（39．70±13．56），（42．99±12．50），（38．96±5．39）分，差异均有统计学意义（t分别为-1．797，-3．678，-0．367；P＜0．05）。症状出现与否、症状困扰程度均与焦虑、抑郁呈正相关（ P＜0．05）。结论通过实施共情护理，在一定程度上可以改善患者的负面情绪，减轻症状困扰程度。

Effect of empathy nursing on negative emotions and symptoms distress in patients with venous thrombosis

Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing on negative emotions and symptoms distress in patients with venous thrombosis .Methods Eighty-two patients with venous thrombosis after the operation were chosen and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, each with 41cases.The control group received the conventional nursing , and the observation group received the empathy nursing on the basis of routine nursing .The negative emotions and symptoms distress were evaluated and compared by the self-rating depression scale （SDS）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and dialysis symptom index （DSI） between two groups.Results The scores of SAS, SDS, DSI were （36.47 ± 9.76）,（33.17 ±11.66）,（34.47 ±5.68） in the observation group after the intervention , and were lower than （39.70 ±13.56）, （42.99 ±12.50）, （38.96 ±5.39） in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t=-1.797, -3.678, -0.367, respectively;P〈0.05）.The incidence of symptoms and the degree of symptoms distress were positive correlated with anxiety , depression （ P 〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The implementation of empathy nursing can in part improve the negative emotion and reduce the symptoms distress in patients with venous thrombosis .
