全程护理干预模式在老年腹股沟疝患者行疝环充填式无张力补片修补术中的应用

目的：研究全程护理干预模式在老年腹股沟疝患者行疝环充填式无张力补片修补术治疗的应用实际成效及其可行性。方法将接受疝环充填式无张力补片修补术的192例老年腹股沟疝患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各96例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全程护理干预模式，对两组患者的生活质量及对医院工作的满意度进行对比分析。结果干预前两组患者生活质量各项得分比较差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；干预后观察组患者躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、情感状况、精力评分分别为（27．71±3．21），（21．45±2．06），（21．34±2．20），（17．33±2．35），（22．44±2．25）分，均高于对照组各项评分，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为7．95，5．21，6．56，6．84，13．24；P＜0．05）；观察组对医护人员的护理工作满意率为92．71％（89/96），高于对照组77．08％（74/96），差异有统计学意义（ Z＝-11．691， P＜0．01）。结论全程护理干预模式对老年腹股沟疝患者术后护理效果明显，有助改善患者心理状态，帮助患者更好地恢复身体健康，提高其生活质量。

Application of whole course nursing intervention model in the elderly inguinal hernia patients with mesh plug tension-free hemioplasty

Objective To explore the actual application effect and the feasibility of whole course nursing intervention model in the elderly inguinal hernia patients with mesh plug tension -free hemioplasty . Methods One hundred and ninety-two elderly inguinal hernia patients with mesh plug tension -free hemioplasty from December 2010 and December 2013 were chosen and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , each with 96 cases.The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the whole course nursing intervention .The patients＆#39;life quality and satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results No differences were found in the scores of every items of life quality between two groups before the intervention （P 〉0.05）.The scores of body health, mental health, social function, emotional state and energy were respectively （27.71 ±3.21）, （21.45 ±2.06）, （21.34 ±2.20）, （17.33 ±2.35）, （22.44 ±2.25） in the observation group after the intervention , and were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t =7.95,5.21,6.56,6.84,13.24, respectively;P〈0.05）.The rate of patients＆#39;satisfaction was 92.71%（89/96） in the observation group, and was higher than 77.08% （74/96） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （Z=-11.691,P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusions The whole course nursing intervention has obvious effect on the postoperative nursing in the elderly inguinal hernia patients , and is helpful to improve the psychological status of patients, and can help the patients recover better physical health , and improve their quality of life .
