品管圈活动减少肠道手术患者清洁灌肠次数的效果观察

目的：探讨开展品管圈活动减少肠道手术患者清洁灌肠次数的效果。方法科室成立品管圈小组，以减少术前清洁灌肠次数为选题，展开调查分析，找出整改措施，按品管圈程序实施。将2012年2-10月36例患者作为对照组（品管圈活动前），2012年11月-2013年4月36例患者作为观察组（品管圈活动后）。结果实施品管圈活动后，对照组患者平均灌肠次数为（8．11±0．950）次，观察组灌肠次数为（5．06±0．984）次，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t＝13．407，P＜0．01）。对照组总有效率为77．8％，观察组为94．4％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．181，P＜0．05）。实施前医生对患者肠道清洁情况满意度为91．7％，实施后满意度为100．0％，差异无统计学意义（χ2＝3．130，P＞0．05）。结论开展品管圈活动可减少肠道准备中清洁灌肠的次数，减轻患者痛苦。

Effect observation of quality control circle to reduce the times of enema in patients with intestinal operation

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （ QCC ） activities to reduce the number of operation clean bowel enema .Methods To set up QCC group , in order to reduce the number of preoperative cleaning enema .Thirty-six patients, from February to October, 2012 were included as the control group.After the application of QCC, thirty-six patients, from November, 2012 to April, 2013 were included as the observation group .Results After the application of QCC , the times of enema of patients in the control group and in the observation group were （8.11 ±0.950） and （5.06 ±0.984）, respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups （t=13.407, P〈0.01）.The effective rates of patients in the control group and in the observation group were 77.8%and 94.4%.There was a significant difference between the two groups （χ2 =4.181, P〈0.05）.The satisfactions before and after the QCC were 91.7%and 100.0%, which had no significant difference （χ2 =3.130, P〉0.05）.Conclusions QCC can reduce the frequency of bowel preparation for enema and alleviate the suffering of patients .
