护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后并发症的影响及疗效观察。方法选择实施经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的80例前列腺增生患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（护理干预）,每组各40例,对两组术后并发症、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间,进行观察和比较。结果护理干预后观察组术后并发症的发生率为17．5％,低于对照组的40．0％,术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间分别为（2．5±0．5）,（3．5±0．5）,（5．0±1．0）d,均低于对照组的（3．5±1．0）,（4．5±1．0）,（7．0±2．0） d,差异均有统计学意义（χ2/t分别为4．94,2．19,2．26,2．39;P＜0．05）。结论前列腺电切术围术期给予有效的护理干预,能够明显降低术后并发症的发生率,提高治疗的临床疗效。

Effect of nursing intervention on complications of patients with transurethral resection of prostate

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on complications of patients with transurethral resection of prostate .Methods Eighty patients with transurethral resection of prostate were chosen and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table , each with 40 cases.The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the nursing intervention .The incidence of postoperative complication , the time of postoperative bladder irrigation , the catheter indwelling time and hospital time were observed and compared between two groups .Results The incidence rate of postoperative complication was 17.5%in the observation group , and was lower than 40.0%in the control group; the time of postoperative bladder irrigation , the catheter indwelling time and hospital time were respectively （2.5 ±0.5）, （3.5 ±0.5）, （5.0 ±1.0） in the observation group, and were lower than （3.5 ±1.0）, （4.5 ±1.0）, （7.0 ±2.0） in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （χ2/t=4.94, 2.19, 2.26, 2.39, respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions The effective nursing intervention during the perioperative period of transurethral resection can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complication , and increase the clinical efficacy of treatment .
