川芎嗪对麻醉牛蛙肺微循环的影响

摘    要:用实体显微装置录像系统,观察了川芎嗪对麻醉蛙肺微循环的影响,结果表明:川芎嗪具有舒张肺微动脉,降低其阻力,促进肺微循环血流的作用.且有较好的剂量依赖关系.0.01~10mmol·L-1川芎嗪iv7min时,加快肺动脉血流的作用最强,iv后10min时,舒张肺微动脉作用最强.提示川芎嗪出现加快肺动脉血流作用先于出现舒张肺微动脉作用

Abstract:The effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) on pulmonary microcirculation were studied in exposed lung of bullfrogs by observing directly the blood flow in the pulmonary capillary network. The results indicate that TMP causes vasodilation in pulmonary microcirculation in vivo, and the effects are directly proportional to the dosages of the drug. When TMP (0.01-10.0 mmol·L-1) was injected intravenously into the bullforg, the blood flow velocity reached a maximum in 7 min, and arteriole diameter reached a maximum in 10 min.
