摘    要:观察了10-羟基-2-癸烯酸(10-HDA)对小鼠#FST#FK淋巴细胞及其亚型和白介素2产生的影响. 结果表明,10-HDA 1, 5, 25 mg·kg-1·d-1 ip, 5 d可拮抗环磷酰胺100 mg·kg-1对小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的抑制作用. 体外给药,10-HDA可促进刀豆球蛋白A诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖反应;促进小鼠脾细胞产生白介素2. 采用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧?光法证明10-HDA可增加小鼠胸腺L3T4+细胞数,而对Lyt-2+细胞无明显影响. 结果提示10-HDA可调节T淋巴细胞参与的免疫反应.

Abstract:10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA), an unsaturated fatty acid, was extracted from royal jelly. The effects of 10-HDA was studied on T lymphocyte functions in mice. The results showed that 10-HDA (1, 5, 25 mg·kg-1, ip×5 d) significantly antagonized the inhibition of delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by cyclophosphamide, but it had no effect on DTH in normal mice. The mitogen concanavalin A induced proliferation of T lymphocyte from the mouse spleen was increased by 50 and 100 mg·L-1 10-HDA in vitro. The effect of 10-HDA on the T subpopulation was studied by monoclonal antibody indirect immunofluorescence method. The results showed that 10-HDA (50 and 100 mg·L-1) enhanced the number of L3T4+ (TH) lymphocytes. 10-HDA (25, 50 and 100 mg·L-1) with concanavalin A increased the IL-2 secretion from mouse splenocytes in a concentration-dependent manner. These results suggested that 10-HDA had an immunomodulatory effect on T lymphocyte functions.
