原发性高血压患者淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度及尼群地平治疗后的变化

本文检测了22例原发性高血压患者及相应的正常对照之淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度,并观察尼群地平治疗两周后患者淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度的变化。结果表明:原发性高血压患者治疗前淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度显著高于正常对照组。尼群地平治疗后淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度和血压均显著下降。淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度的下降幅度与舒张压及平均动脉压的下降幅度均呈正相关,与收缩压的下降幅度无显著相关。提示原发性高血压患者淋巴细胞胞浆游离钙浓度增高。钙离子拮抗剂尼群地平可能通过降低细胞胞浆游离钙的浓度而降低血管平滑肌张力,发挥其降压作用。

Effect of Nitrendipine on Intralymphocytic Free Calcium Concentration in Essential Hypertension

Intralymphocytic free calium concentrations were measured in 22 patients with essential hypertension and matched normotensive controls, the changes of intralymphocytic free calcium concentrations in patients were observed before and after nitrandipine therapy for 2 weeks. The results showed that: intralymphocytic free calcium concentrations were much higher in hypertensive patients than in normotensive controls. After nitrendipine therapy,intralymphocytic free calcium concentration and blood pressure were markedly decreased. There was a positive correlation between the decreasing gradients of intralymphocytic free calcium concentration and diastolic blood pressure, and also mean blood pressure, but no significance correlation between the decreasing gradient of the calcium concentration and systolic blood pressure. These results suggested that, intralymphocytic free calcium concentration was increased in essential hypertensive patients. Calcium antagonist nitrendipine probably reduced the vascular smooth muscle tone by means of the decreasing of intracellular free calcium concentration and then lowered the blood pressure.
