影响外伤性脑梗死的相关因素

目的探讨急性颅脑外伤并发脑梗死的原因及预防、治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我科311例中重型颅脑外伤合并脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果危重病例、老年患者、合并有脑疝、脑疝时间长、有高血压病史均可增加脑梗死的机会,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而与患者的性别、受伤原因、受伤类型无关,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论颅脑外伤患者有脑疝及高龄、合并高血压病史易发生外伤性脑梗死。对脑外伤的及早治疗,积极预防脑梗有助于改善患者预后,降低致残及死亡率,提高患者的生存质量。

Analysis of Related Factors of Post-traumatic Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the acute brain injury complicated with cerebral infarction and prevention,treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 311 cases in our department with severe head trauma associated with the clinical data of patients with cerebral infarction.Results Of critical illness,elderly patients,associated with cerebral hernia,cerebral hernia long time,a history of hypertension might increase the chance of cerebral infarction,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）;but not with sex,injury reasons unrelated to injury type,the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Traumatic brain injury patients with cerebral herniation,old age,and history of hypertension are prone to post-traumatic cerebral infarction.Early treatment of brain trauma,and active prevention of cerebral infarction can help to improve reduce disability and mortality,improve prognosis and patients＇ quality of life.
