| 摘 要： | 目的 评价视网膜切开和切除对外伤牵引性视网膜脱离的治疗价值和效果。方法 对１９９７年９月至１９９９年８月间行玻璃体切除联合视网膜切开或／和切除治疗的１５例（１５眼）外伤牵引性视网膜脱离患者作回顾性分析。结果 出院时视网膜解剖复位１４例（９３．３％），随诊３～１２月解剖复位１１例（７３．３％）最好视力０．５，视力数指以上１３例（８６．０％）。结论 视网膜切开或／和切除术适用于外伤牵引性视网膜脱离，特
