| 摘 要： | 目的总结评估手术治疗肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法对28例肱骨髁间骨折手术治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果结果显示,优9例,良12例,可6例,差1例,优良率为75%。结论骨折粉碎及移位的肱骨髁间骨折对肘关节功能有严重影响,应尽早手术治疗,早期行肘关节功能锻炼,可取得良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objectire To summarize and evaluate the effect of surgical treatment on humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods The data of 28 patients with humeral intercondylar fracture were retrospectively analyzed,and assessed the efficacy of operative treatment by the modified risebrough-radin scoring systerm.Results The results showed that 9 cases were excellent,12 cases were good,6 cases were fair and 1 case was poor.The rate of excellent and good elbow function was 75%.Conclusion Comminuted fracture and displaced fracture of humeral intercondylar can influence the function of elbow joint severely.Early surgical treatment and functional exercise may get excellent and good outcomes. |
